What concrete patching material  is.

Concrete floors take a beating. In almost every case, the floor of a building, especially in a building like a factory or warehouse, is subject to tremendous use. Overtime, even regular use will begin to take your concrete floor apart. General ware and tear, thousands of feet walking over it throughout the years, equipment and goods begin transported across it, even the occasional accident, like when a heavy piece of machinery falls, your concrete will eventually begin to grow potholes and fissures. Weather is also a fact to consider.

Water and wind can damage your concrete floors just as much as any other factor. When this kind of damage happens, concrete patching can be done, instead of simply redoing the entire floor. This saves money and time (two of the most important things to a business owner or manager.) The quicker you act, the easier it is, so keep an eye out for damage on your concrete floor. Much of it happens where you can’t see, on areas covered by a mat of some kind, or under a machine that doesn’t often move.
